The unit consists of the following facilities : 22,500 sq. ft. with shed of 5 m high and having a concrete floor 12� thick and asbestos sheet Office building with 4000 sq of space housing a conference room, staff rooms, directors offices, stores, design room and even an in-house pantry Scope of expansion : The facility can be expanded here by increasing the height of shed as well as the office building. The current space is planned with optimal layout and with full space utilization and leaves scope for future expansions. Works Unit 2 : Khopoli New facility with operates started in March 2008 and having a total area of 40,000 sq ft and built up shed (phase 1 ) of 15,000 sq ft of 9m height and having an EOT of 5 ton capacity Another feature is just 20 kms from JNPT port of Mumbai.
