Features of HR 567 Heat Resistant Spray HR 567 Heat Resistant Spray is High heat resistant coating, For all exposed metal surfaces, especially where extreme heat resistance is required, air dries quickly on application to form long lasting finish resistant to surface temperatures reaching as 700°C. Rapid drying to a very tough finish Very good resistance to moisture and chemicals good anti-corrosion characteristics Excellent adhesion to composites and aluminium   Application of HR 567 Heat Resistant Spray Heat resistant paints are designed to withstand high temperatures of up to 700°C, Which makes them ideal for use on fireplaces,  chimneys, pipes,  engines,  exhaust pipes, log-burners and many more metal / metallic items requiring heat proof treatment.   Direction of HR 567 Heat Resistant Spray Remove dirt, grease, oil, loose rust and all other surface contaminants by appropriate means. Sand intact coatings to roughen the surface slightly. The surface must be clean and dry during application. Remove cover cap. Shake vigorously for at least one minute after the rattle of mixing ball is heard. Shake frequently during use. Hold can approx. 30 cm from surface. Use back and forth motion keeping can parallel with surface. Ensure that can is in motion when spray button is pressed to avoid runs and sags. Apply several thin layers at a few minutes interval to achieve adequate coating thickness. After use turn can upside down and press spray button for 2 – 3 seconds to clean valve.   Precaution of HR 567 Heat Resistant Spray Contents are Extremely Flammable and Under Pressure, Do not punctured ,may explode if heated. Do not apply while equipment is energised,Keep away from all live electrical sources including battery terminals, solenoids, electrical panels and other electronic components. Prevention : Wear eye or face protection. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. No smoking. Pressurised container: Do not pierce or burn, even after use. BuildWell colour putty is a wall putty with added advantage of shades like Pink, Yellow, Green and Off-White, especially developed to provide smooth finish on plastered surface. It contains finest quality minerals, polymers, white cement and pigments. Since it comes in shades, no painting required for interior to attain highest economy and speed. It can also be used for application areas like basement parking lot, staircase etc. as “Final Finish”.   application   Dampen the surface to be plastered with clean water. Allow excess water to drain off. Using a steel trowel/blade, apply the above mix to a thickness of about 0.5 – 1 mm. Level and smoothen the surface. Cure the first coat lightly after it dries. Apply the second coat of 0.5 – 1 mm after the first coat has fully dried and set. In areas of high temperature and low humidity light curing for two days is recommended. The thickness of each coat should not exceed 1 mm and total plaster thickness should not exceed 2 mm. Smoother with a steel trowel, Sand paper if so desired with 600 no. of sand paper.
