The optimum film thickness for Bright Zinc is 1.5 to 3.0 mils of dry film. To obtain this thickness via aerosol application, 3 passes of spray are required. Spray the substrate once vertically, once horizontally, and once more vertically for ideal coverage. Additional coats for heavy film can be applied when first coat is dry. For a thickness of 3 mils, repeat the above spray pattern twice. When finished spraying, clean valve by turning can upside down and pressing button until only pressure escapes. If clogging occurs, remove button and clean slot and orifice with fine wire.   Precaution of ZC 678 Anti corrosion Bright zinc coating Contents are Extremely Flammable and Under Pressure. Do not punctured , may explode if heated. Do not apply while equipment is energised, Keep away from all live electrical sources including battery terminals, solenoids, electrical panels and other electronic components. May cause drowsiness and dizziness Response : IF INHALED: Remove victim to fresh air and keep at rest in a position comfortable for breathing. Call a POISON CENTRE or physician if you feel unwell. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists: Get medical attention.
