KEM JOINT PU 200 is a multi component polyurethane sealant that produces a long lasting flexible joint seal. It bonds to most common construction materials without a primer. It is designed & tested for a joint movement of ± 50% in accordance with ASTM C 719. It is available in gun grade & pourable grades in various standard colours.

Applied between different construction joints in concrete highways, bridges, water retaining structures, water treatment plants, basements, subways, culverts, airfields, vehicular and pedestrian traffic pavements of concrete, areas which are affected by fuel, oil etc. KEM JOINT PG GG is two component system consists of a base compound and accelerator (curing agent)

It is designed for use as a fillet, gap filler and seam sealant on electrical enclosures for EMI shielding or electrical grounding. Minimum recommended bond line for CHOBOND 1038 is 0.007 inches (0.18mm). In addition, CHO-BOND 1038 may be used for EMI gasket repair, bonding, and attachment in applications where moderate strength (less than 150 psi) is required. CHO-BOND 1038’s moisture cure silicone polymer system allows it to cure to the touch in 24 hours and provides a robust conductive and environmental seal over a wide range of application temperatures.
