The Laboratory Vibro Sifter, due to its high capacity and compact size, is suitable for processing small batch of pharmaceutical materials and in research of pharmacy colleges, research and development laboratories. The machine is embedded with complete S.S. Fabrication structure fitted with Vibro motor and 12" Sieve and movable on 3 Nos. castor wheel for easy movability. It is designed on the principle of 'Gyratory Motion". The material is fed on to the centre of the screen and then travels on a spiral path to the periphery whilst the fine particles fall through. The material being screened is therefore drawn apart automatically and no additional force is exerted to separate coarser particles. The sieving is done gently and with little abrasion. Hot compressed air coming from Air Compressor cannot be used directly in most applications. It is therefore cooled to a temp of around 40o C, which is done in the Aftercooler This is a shell & tube type Heat Exchanger where compressed air in the shell is cooled by plant cooling water circulating in the. tubes. The liquids which condensed due to cooling are separated by the in- built Moisture Separator. Draining can be done manually or by Auto Drain Valve.
