Standard MaterialVertical self cleaning filter vessel in CS/ SS 304/ SS 316 with flange lock closure and standard seal in Neoprene/ viton/ Nitrile with stainless steel filter element.  To auto clean the filter operate the pneumatic actuator fitted in the filter thus the cake collected inside the filter element is pushed out of the filter through bottom drain butterfly valve. A fully automatic system is optional with PLC. Jacketing is optional.

This equipment consist of horizontal cylindrical vessel dished on both ends, having fixed head and retractable shell, both are coupled by locking arrangement. Filter leaves are mounted on centrally located rotating common manifold. After the filtration batch is over, hold up slurry can be drained out and filter leaves are rotated at slow speed, while hot water / clear slurry can be sprayed through the spray nozzles over the filtration surface to dislodge cake. Conveyer at the bottom passes the thick slurry along with cake to the drain. This called slurry cake discharge. Wet cake discharge also possible with scraper assemblies. Closed and compact operation, the operation can be totally automatic. The lid gaskets, ‘O’ Rings can be provided with Neoprene/Nitrile/EPDM/Viton/Silicon/PTFE Seals.Product contact parts and product non-contact parts can be made out of CS/SS 304/SS 316/SS 316 L/MSRL cloth enveloped filter elements for minimum capital investments.

This equipment is used for liquid solids separation, or separation of coarse & fine particles. There are no rotating parts are inside the equipment. Feed slurry is pumped into it at high pressure. The feed inlet causes the feed to spin round at high speed giving rise to large centrifugal forces. As a result particles a of higher sizes are run down the cone and out of the lower end outlet. Liquids with finer particle come out of the top outlet of equipment.

this is a high-speed industrial centrifuge filter that is primarily used for separating two liquids and is a culmination of the latest technology with perfect designing. Standard MaterialThe High Speed Centrifuge Filter has a prominent frame and a high-speed tubular bowl of CS/SS 304/SS 316 and is made of centrifugal casting. A slow acceleration special motor and starter operates this machine. The slurry is fed through the bottom of the bowl and the separation takes place inside the bowl by centrifugal force created by high speed. It creates separate circle of layers and comes out continuously through the bowl top and further separate discharges through covers.

A thin layer of the product to be dried cooled, adheres to the outside of the rotating, drum and internally cooled drum. The product gets solidified and is after an almost complete rotation, scrapped off drum surface and at the same instant granulated in the form of flakes, falls on screw conveyor. At the bottom of conveyor, filling point is provided to fill the bag. The entire process is continuous operation, does not require manpower except bag filling. Pneumatic hydraulic operation of scraper assemblies can be provided.
