Triofab's Gas Dehydration units successfully removes water vapor from natural gas stream to an outlet water content meeting stringent pipeline specifications, using the absorption technique of water vapor in Triethylene Glycol [TEG]. We have the experience and design capabilities to manufacture Gas Dehydration Units of various capacities that are required to perform and meet the requirements of our clients worldwide.

We have supplied several surface condensers to our valuable clients on a regular basis. The largest condenser manufactured by us to date is for Jindal Steel Works (Captive Power Plant) which comprised of 14000 tubes.

  RVD's have a wide range of application in pharmaceutical, dyes/dye intermediates, inorganic chemicals, agrochemicals, organic chemicals, and other allied industries.   We manufacture agitated RVD with or without internally heated shaft, depending upon the heat transfer requirements. We manufacture RVD's with external heating both through jacket/limpet coils. The scrapper plates provided scraps almost 100% of the inner surface of the shell to ensure efficient separation. The discharge valve and charging doors may be both manual and pneumatic/hydraulic type. They are provided with either mechanical steels of stuffing box depending upon the applications.

These filters are used for solids separation processes having applications in the mining industry. We are regularly manufacturing and supplying these equipments along with horizontal belt filters, vacuum boxes, primary/secondary receivers, manifolds etc., to various industries having these applications.

We have manufactured pressure vessels with wall thickness up to 80 mm. Our High Performance Agitator Reactors are designed using Magnetic drive couplings or Conventional Single / Double Mechanical Seals depending on the application. We have designed and manufactured Reactor Systems with External / Internal coils for Heating & Cooling applications. Our Reactors are capable of operating upto 200bar Pressure and 600oC Temperature and are built from materials like SS 316L, Hastelloy [C-276], Monel, Inconel, Nickel etc. We have also manufactured and supplied several Cladded Reactors for our various clients within India and abroad. Our Reactors are regularly used in various applications like Fluorination, Hydrogenation, Sulfonation etc.

We design and manufacture customized Heater Treaters in both Vertical and Horizontal configurations that meet all the operating requirements of our customers. We regularly manufacture Heater Treaters of different capacities which can operate for high and low pressure applications. Our Heater Treaters are provided with state of the art Internals, Relief Systems, Flame Arrestor & Burner assembly, Instrumentation and Controls to ensure a safe and hassle free experience during operation

Shell and Tube heat exchangers are the most common type of heat exchanger used in oil refineries and other large chemical processes, and is suited for higherpressure applications. We manufacture different types of heat exchangers as per TEMA class R, C, & B. Horizontal or Vertical Separator design options are available depending on the well characteristics. Our Separator Vessels are designed and manufactured as per latest ASME Code and are capable to handle all applicable specifications for lethal service including H2S. The Separator skids are provided with state of the art Internals, Pneumatic controls, Instruments and Metering Units to provide optimum performance during operation.
