The cooling water is circulated in the drum during operation. The drum operates at a low speed and the fed liquid in the bottom tray is picked by the drum surface and cooled to less than the melting point of the material, thus forming flakes on the surface. It is continuous operation and requires minimal manpower. The entire items are mounted on base frames and Conveyor, Double drum, Machine cover are optional.
