TDF Flange is a very convenient, quick and low cost way of connecting two ducts to each other. It is an integral flange formed on two edges. The flange height is 34 mm (+- 0.5mm). TDF Flange Forming Machine with 16 forming stations, produce an integral flange on one side of the machine and on the second side, 9 forming stations produce Clip.

Elbow making Machine, also known as Gorelocker is your efficient and cost-effective solution to the production of elbows, reducers, end caps and off-sets. The high flexibility is achieved by means of two separate workstations in a single machine: a flanging station and seam closing station. Thus the machine is always ready for operation without time-consuming conversion.

The Flat ‘S’ is a profile that is roll formed on the Rollforming Machine using sheet of 22g and lighter. This design results in a reinforced hem with ample pocket for joining ducts together. When used with C cleat, it is a quick and easy way to join two ducts together. The S cleat is used on top and bottom and C cleat is used on two other sides. S cleat Rolls are fitted down the centre of machine. The machine has double extended shafts on to which other auxiliary rolls can be fitted. Most commonly, in India, C cleat and 3-in-1 (Reverse Flange) rolls are fitted.

WNS Flange Folder designed to create a right angled flange on precut sheet material.This machine provides quick easy folding of material up to (1.0mm) 20 gauge as there is no need for clamping it is also ideal for use with Pittsburgh lock rollformers. Another advantage of this machine is that it is open-ended.

This production line is designed for medium and small shops which want to produce accurate straight pieces of sheets from Coil stock. Smartly designed Beading & Straightening station is easy to handle and produce very precision sheet movement. The standard beading head provides 5 Nos. U shaped beads. The Head is powered by AC Servo Motor for very precision movement of sheet metal. The Shearing station is a compact design with an hydraulic operated upwards shear. The clamp beam is operated by two hydraulic cylinders.

Button Punch Snap Lock is used for joining sheet metal at right angles on straight runs. This is a more sophisticated joint than the Pittsburgh Lock, requiring less labour. The male section snaps tightly into the female with an almost unbreakable joint. When used in conjunction with the double headed flanging machine, this makes possible the forming of round bends. The machine is capable of forming a maximum (1.0 mm) 20 gauge material.

This machine is a boon for medium and small duct manufacturers. Machine has one pair of power rolls and one pair of beading rolls. Sheet is placed on entry table touching guide fences and then passed through the machine. It forms beading on the machine which would strengthen the sheet. The ducts made using beading machine look very professional and are stronger compared to plain ducts. It is an excellent option compared to age-old hand method of cross-breaking.

20’s Rollformer 20 – 26 gauge (.5 -1mm) Principally used for joining sheet metal at right angles on straight runs. This machine is supplied with Pittsburgh Lock rolls. Auxiliary shafts are fitted as standard, to which double seam rolls can be attached. When the Autoguide flanging attachment is used with the machine (as illustrated) this makes possible the forming of round bends.
