Grease is a solid or semisolid lubricant formed as a dispersion of thickening agents in a liquid lubricant. Grease generally consists of a soap emulsified with mineral or vegetable oil. A common feature of greases is that they possess a high initial viscosity, which upon the application of shear, drops to give the effect of an oil-lubricated bearing of approximately the same viscosity as the base oil used in the grease. This change in viscosity is called shear thinning.

High speed grease 2 onwo high speed grease 2 is a premium quality grease specifically designed for high speed anti-friction bearings. Onwo high speed grease 2 can, in many cases, replace oil mist lubrication systems and thus provide a cleaner and more economical method of lubrication. The grease contains a complex soap thickener in a blend of synthetic oils along with synergistic additives for enhancing the corrosion inhibiting and anti-friction properties. Use of onwo high speed grease 2 also enhances the re-iubrication interval considerably. Product benefits onwo high speed grease 2 can withstand very high speeds and is safe for use in equipment bearings running at dm.n factors up to 1,200,000. Even at these speeds, the grease stays in situ and does not splash, thereby extending the relubrication intervals. The grease has high corrosion inhibiting properties to protect components operating under very humid environment. Anti-wear properties of onwo high speed grease 2 provide protection against premature wear. Onwo high speed grease 2 provides an economic alternative to spray mist systems. Onwo high speed grease 2 is recommended for use in all high speed applications in the textile spinning industry. It is also a versatile lubricant for cnc machines and high speed turning equipment. Onwo high speed grease 2 provides an economical alternative to spray mist systems. Onwo high speed grease 2 can be applied by hand, or by using a standard grease gun. As with all greases used for the first time, it is necessary to thoroughly clean and purge bearings of grease used previously, prior to application. Care should also be taken not to over-lubricate and apply the quantity of grease recommended by the bearing manufacturer. Onwo high speed grease 2 is available in packing of 100 gms 1 kg, 5 kg, 18 kg and 180 kg. Minimum order quantity for 100 gms pack would be 10 nos .
