Without compromising our high standards of quality and reliability, we wanted to reduce delivery times to twelve weeks or less and avoid the costs of design and engineering normally associated with the customized walk-in chambers. The solution is the WAZZLE; a cost-effective, modular design comprising the four basic elements of a walk-in chamber that can be mixed and matched to provide a configuration to suit the majority of requirements: Cooling Unit. Air Treatment Unit User interface. Test room The Wazzle line includes 4 models according to their useful capacity: Compact (10 m3), Medium (16 m3), Large (30 m3) and Extra Large (40 m3). Each of these models is available in 6 versions according to cooling unit dimensions, except for Compact model which is available only in 4 versions (see the datasheet for detailed technical features of cooling units and performances). Cooling unit: Comprising the refrigeration equipment and humidification systems required for the control of the temperature and air humidity insidethe walk-in chamber. The basic version requires either mains water or tower water for cooling. Air Treatment Unit: Powerful fans draw the chamber air across the heat exchangers for cooling and dehumidification, heaters and control sensors before recirculating the conditioned air back into the chamber. A Pt100 sensor (temperature) and a capacitive probe (humidity) is used for control

Very easy operation: A worm screw type of lifting system, managed by the touch screen control panel, allows to adapt the test cabinet to the shaker height. It is also possible to add horizontal movement on request. This is especially valuable if your shaker allows both vertical and horizontal movement or if you want to use more shakers with the same chamber. Great flexibility: Different removable floors, for vertical and horizontal vibrations, can adapt the chamber to any existing standard shakers. If there is the need to use the chamber without the shaker in place, a blind floor is available. The test cabinet movement is managed by the detachable control panel located on the right side of the chamber. Standard models: The available volumes are 600, 1200 and 2200 litres; the temperature range is from 70 to 180°C, while the humidity range is from 10% to 95% (in the temperature range of +10/+95°C). No. 3 choices of temperature change rate are available: 5, 10, or 15°C/minute.
