Our wagon loaders are designed to handle the loading and unloading issue of bags in or from wagons. Mounted on a fully mobile chassis, the loader can handle hundreds of bags of 50kg or above weight each hour. We have both power driven and manual driven chassis with us that you can choose from, according to your wagon loading or unloading requirements. The convenience of hydraulic operated height adjustment allows you to reach different portions and levels of the wagon. The conveyors can easily be linked with other conveyor lines, for conveying products directly from the production lines to the distribution area. It will also allow you to load or unload a number of wagons at the same time.   Our wagon loaders and unloaders provide optimum solution for loading and unloading of bags in wagons. These are mounted on a fully mobile chassis to offer greater loading bay flexibility. The chassis is available two versions - power driven and manual driven. The conveyors provide hydraulically operated height adjustment to provide access to different portions of the wagon. The conveyors can be easily linked with other conveyor lines bringing the products straight from the production lines or storage area and distributing them to the different docks. The telescopic belt conveyor can reach all the way inside the trailer or rail car for easier, efficient and safe loading and unloading.

We offer customized solutions for transfer of assemblies in vertical and horizontal loops. The transfers are controlled process and managed for accumulation or traffic control by using PLC controlled solutions for tracking of assemblies. The transfer can be achieved by:   45 degree/90 degree/180 degree turn belt conveyors Aero Mechanical Conveyorsrs Motorized shuttle Conveyors Manual Ball Transfer Table   The transfer solution can include changing the orientation of the assembly in the horizontal or vertical plane. Most motorized transfers are PLC controlled with optical sensors ensuring safe transfers for the safety of the assembly and the operator. These are integrated with the main assembly line for seamless and high speed transfers.     For high speed unit transfers pneumatic diverters with TRT modular belts are also available. Based on the transfer/sortation logic the units can be divided in to various lines using the pneumatic diverters.   Other than forming a seamless assembly line over the different bends and curves on the factory floor these solutions are particularly effective in quality control lines for sorting assemblies through the rework loop. Other application includes dividing the main assembly in to multiple ageing or testing and online storage lines. Our telescopic belt conveyors are suitable for all requirements of easy and efficient loading and unloading of goods. All kinds of unit loads such as cartons, packages, bags, crates and like can be easily conveyed in or out of trucks, trailers, vans, containers, wagons and even aeroplanes. Our loading and unloading conveyors find extensive use in warehouse/distribution centres, manufacturing and logistics companies.   Telescopic belt conveyors are used for bridging variable distances from the loading/unloading point to the storage area. The process starts as soon as the truck is docked, the conveyor is extended inside the truck and the operators transfer boxes from the truck to the storage area, or vice versa, using the conveyor. Stacker Cranes are the work horses of the system that provide and take delivery from the storage racks. Our Stacker cranes operate at high speed with low noise and minimum vibration of the structure.   Stacker Cranes travel on the floor rail and maintain vertical state by the top guide rail, while the lift carriage travels along the mast at the same time. When the stacker crane has been positioned at the desired storage location, the shuttle extends and retracts to pick up loads.   The stacker crane is usually operated automatically by the system computer but has provisions for manual intervention. Our stacker cranes are operated by inverters for precisely controlled acceleration or deceleration. The positioning accuracy is maintained by laser guidance which provides accurate position every time despite of wheel wear, wheel alignment or track conditions.
