The contoured design of the Alfa Series Cyclone Type Booths ensures uniform air flow throughout the booth cross-section.  Absence of dead pockets ensures easy cleaning and the charged powder surrounds the article uniformly resulting in higher transfer efficiency. Powder Coating Plants an advanced environment friendly painting method, which obtains paint film by putting powder paints to an object to be painted and by melting with the use of Powder Curing Oven. It is the most exciting finishing method  introduced in  past 100 years.  Powder Coating offers significant performance advantages with reduced costs.  It also meets environment regulations.(No VOC emission, no paint sludge disposal).   The Powder Coating Plant configuration depends upon sizes and shapes of the articles, coating quality required in conjunction with the colour change intervals. Conveyorised powder coating plants are specially designed suitable for powder coating of high volumes, small & large sizes of components.  The conveyorised applications give better and uniform coating qualities with better process controls. Industrial painting robots are capable of transforming both the application and the work environment. Advantages of Robotic Painting : Robotic painting or coating produces top quality results. Once properly programmed, an industrial painting robot can apply material without leaving behind any drips, inconsistencies, overspray, etc. Paint and/or coating are applied precisely and consistently.

Used to further separate oil from the collected skimmed oil and water. Chemical is returned back to main tank and only oil is collected-improves quality of De-greasing.

Liquid painting is used to give high quality asthetic finishes and can be applied on – metal, plastic and wood. High quality, multilayered paints can be applied in these virtually dust free Crescent plant designs. There are various Liquid Painting processes meant for different substrates, shape of components based on ultimate Finish and Quality requirements.   The following can be the general classification:     Multi Layers (Coats) Liquid Painting Lines : The most common liquid painting line uses Wet-on Wet or Bake-on-Bake – 2 or 3 coats of paints one over the other. A typical line may be Primer coat followed by Top/Metallic coat and further followed by Clear/Lacquer coat.  This is done after adequate surface preparation. The paint application system may be HVLP, Electrostatic, Airless, Bells or Discs depending on the shape of the components, production volumes , paint consumption and the type of paint. The application process can be automated like Auto Guns on Reciprocators or Painting Robots .

Crescent spray painting booths are widely accepted in all type of liquid spraying application. ‘Crescent’ liquid spray booths are meant for low power consumption and high efficiency. Crescent range of spray painting booths includes water curtain type with water pump, and dry type without pump, down draft and side draft type. We can design special booths depending on the requirement and application to give the maximum output and optimum utilization. Crescent Booths can be provided with pressurization for dust proofing, Manual/ Automatic Painting applicators like Auto Guns, Discs and Bells or Robotic Painting. Benefits:- Most efficient way of containing over sprayed paint. Restricts paint over spray to a specified area. Provides optimum air velocity to exhaust the over spray without affection spraying efficiency. Provides for maximum operator comfort and reduces attendant health hazards. Safe: minimizes risk of fire due to solvent vapours and over spray deposits.

Inclined plates settlers or Lamella clarifiers are used in the Chemicals and waste water treatment industries to separate solids from liquids in effluent streams. The Clarifier can also be supplied with Filter Press in series to make cake of the effluents for safe/easy disposals.

This comprises of gas concentration level (LEL) monitors with alarm systems. A fully customized panel can be installed which can handle any number of channels, can provide any number and combination of relay alarm devices, repeater panels, zone annuciators etc. The monitor can provide the functions of signal processing, alarm generation, battery back-up power supply etc. all in a weather proof enclosure. The sensor head can be installed on a mounting bracket in the area of interest . A control output is available for directly driving external horn, hooter, flasher, exhaust fan, Shut off valve, voice alarms, auto-dialers etc.

A thorough material pretreatment is the fundamental prerequisite of any high quality coating.  Wet or Dry pretreatment, depends on the material to be coated. Crescent provides solutions for  degreasing, phosphating, grinding, shot blasting or ionizing on the turnkey basis with requisite Material Handling and Automation.   Crescent provides dip chemical treatment with PLC based transportation or electrically operated over-head hoist for material movement

Crescent Ovens are designed to consume low power/Fuel with a uniform temperature throughout the Oven. Various safety features like Blower/Heat Source interlock, Pressure release mechanisms and Auto Shut-offs are provided to make these ovens fully safe. Crescent ovens can be heated by :   Electric Heaters – Normally for Small Batch Type Applications. Oil Fired – HSD/LDO- With air to Air Heat Exchangers and Thermal Oil Heating. Gas Fired- CNG / PNG/ LPG /Propane – Normally used for large ovens .  The Gas fired ovens can be a) Direct Fired b) In-Direct Fired. IR Heated – normally used for Plastic/ABS curing in a Tunnel type Oven.

Wire mesh belt canvas belt slat conveyor is provided for the continuous transportation of materials components through the oven. The ovens can be provided with variable speed and different heating zones having individual control to cater the user's need.

Crescent offers  high RPM’s Electrostatic Discs for Automatic Paint Applications. The Electrostatic disc tends to throw the paint away when the paint passes through the charged  disc, forming much finer thin fog. The lost paints are sucked back to the work piece due to electrostatic effect and the over spraying phenomenon is thus minimized.
