He himself so attach with Arya Samaj Dhram Sabha & Arya Orphan Society, Defence Colony & Darya Ganj, New Delhi, for his commitment to serve needy and poor, for Besides these commitments, he had also been associated in the establishing of various institutions & hospitality societies in Delhi and other cities.
Presently, all the activities are being looked after by his son Mr. Vijay Kr. Sahdev, an practically and a professionally trained, who was also the Active Executive Committee Member of the Northern India Refrigeration & Air-conditioning Trades Association and the Patron Member of the All-India Refrigeration-Airconditioning body. He has transformed the work culture of the DELREFCO group; he takes lots of progressive decision in the favor of the Group.
He is also very much found of writing articles & books recently he write a book on Refrigeration & Air-conditioning, Domestic & Commercial Airconditioning and Ice Candy Machines, Water Cooler, Car Ac, Diesel/Petrol Engines and various Test Rigs of Refrigeration & Airconditioning System etc. He looks forward to a growing future for this industry, he introduced that words the products of this industry are no longer be luxuries these days and considering the extremes of the weather, the products are essential for all the groups of the society.
The group was, in the form of better manufacturing facilities at NOIDA and where today, a large variety of Refrigeration-Air-conditioning Spares, Service Tools & Equipments is manufactured in standard and custom built designs. Process, Gas Charging - Evacuating Units, Recovery - Recycling Machines, Gas Transfer Machines, Air Conditioning - Refrigeration Training Systems and Other Innovative Cooling - Heating Equipments as per customer requirements.
Mr. Sahdev assists by his sons, Mr. Amit Sahdev & Mr. Ashish Sahdev, and who has begun there training from ground level of the trading & marketing of our own manufactured products. The Delrefco group is known for dependability and reliability and presently in their trading activities; they have lots of brand of Refrigeration-Airconditioning Spares, Service Tools & Equipments available in under one roof. The Group presently employs around 20 persons and provides back-up service, through well-equipped service stations and personnel, in the Delhi & NCR.
The group has Quarterly conducting training programmes for Technicians with the co-operation of GODREJ SMART CARE, so as to understand the system changes involved when shifting from Non CFC to Ozone Friendly refrigerants. Around 2 program Theoretical and Practical are conducted every quarter & when around 25 trainees learn the use of Hydrocarbon Refrigerants & Non CFC's (134a) etc.
The group always participates in various fairs & exhibition; recently they have taken part in China Refrigeration Fair 2007 at Guangzhou, Beijing & Shanghai and Represent Indian Refrigeration & Airconditioning Industry in April 2007.
