The Aditron Quick Die Change System caters for a variety of different Die Lifters which allow for simple and quick movement of dies on a press bed. aditron l supplies different types of Die Lifters according to the press tonnage, die weight and the die sizes positioning accuracy required. aditronqdc Die Lifter, is suited for light to medium duty pressing operations of r dies upto 10,000 kgs The dies get lifted on rollers when the die bars inside the t slots are activated the Aditron Die Lifters lift the dies by 2mm– so that the dies can be rolled in or rolled out easily just by pushing or pulling– no other equipment is required The total no. of die bars to be used from two pairs to six pairs will depend upon the die weight and die size including the t slot size– as no of rollers will vary accordingly so that the weight of die is distributed over many many rollers for minimum effort easy to pull and easy to push.
