We offer Rcpl Friction Reducer. Product Description : RCPL-FR-101 & 102 are specially developed friction reducer formulations to effectively perform in fracking applications. RCPL-FR-101 is based on high viscosity synthetic polymer providing greater efficiency and high temperature stability. RCPL-FR-102 is poly acrylamide based [PHPA] with other performance additives formulation. Both are designed to be very effective friction reducers on fresh water, various brines and in Hcl. They develop required viscosity very quickly. General Application : During hydraulic fracturing , water , frack sand and other additives are pumped at high pressure down the well bore. Friction generated by piping and turbulence will effect the flowrate and energy consumption. Addition of friction reducer slicks the water, reduces fluid turbulence and improves the delivery of frac waters.Also, results in reducing the erosion of piping and improved piping life.
