Padsons Gravity Separator is designed to separate particles of same size but of different specific gravity (like rain damaged insect attacked or low grade seeds). The material is fed continuously on the surface of oscillating deck attached with the Gravity Separator. The pressurized air permeates though porous deck surface made up of wire-mesh and creates fluidized bed, this cause the seed particles to orient themselves as per their specific weight. These Gravity Separators are used in Seed Industry and Food Processing industry. The Gravity Separator is used for oil extraction, pulses mill, bakery, rice mill, flour mill, breweries, etc. The new generation of PADSONS Gravity Tables have a state of the art aerodynamics and counterbalancing. The Gravity Separator Is used for the separation of any kinds of kernels and granular products with nearly the same size according to the specific weight. The size of the kernels is normally between 0,5 mm (fine seeds) and 20 mm (e.g. beans).The product processed by the Gravity Separator is separated into layers with different specific weight according to the 'fluid bed' principle. The fluid bed is built up due to the linear motion of the eccentric drive and the air which is blown through the wire mesh or textile cloth. This separation gives a spectrum from light to heavy material Due to the conveying system and the Inclination of the deck the light material in the top layer moves down to the low side and heavy material in the bottom layer moves up to the high side of the deck. SERIES PRODUCTION Nova produce machines in series production. During production a machine has to pass several specific quality controls to meet the requirements at the highest level. SEPARATION OF HEAVY AND LIGHT PRODUCT Very accurate separator between heavy and light product with a minimal mixing zone e.g. rape seed with 5% mixing zone and a precise separation which cannot be achieved on competitors machine.
