Construction Features FABRICATION: Frames, Load bearing members,  Large door: 2 mm thick Small doors, shrouds, Partitions: 1.6 mm thick Gland Plates : 3 mm thick Base: ISMC-75 CONSTRUCTIONS: Vertical structure is necessarily welded together to provide strength/stability and rigidity. However, each vertical section is bolted together to form a continuous assembly of panels. Each vertical section is provided with pre-determined punched holes/slots for vertical adjustment of compartment size. Partitions between two modules are bolted to the structure. The compartments are made of modular section and each module size can be changed at later date even at site – this is achieved because of bolted construction. Such bolted construction leads to greater flexibility. Each vertical section has 1800 mm space available for feeders. This1800 mm space is divided in 18 parts of 100 mm or 16 parts of 112.5 mm height. This allows us 8 of 225 mm or 6 compartments of 300 mm. Bolted construction allows for future adaptability or even changes can be made at site if required. Such flexible (vertically) arrangement of compartments is achieved without the need to cut / re-weld / repaint horizontal members. The lowest & highest terminals are at 350 mm/1900 mm from ground level. Electrolytic grade of aluminium with black heat shrink sleeves (joints/connections are bare). With color coding at regular intervals. PAINT: Powder Coated RAL 7032 (Siemens Grey) throughout or any other shade as per customer’s need. Each front can be approached from Respective fronts. The horizontal bus bar chamber is common to both fronts. Cable alley: hinged with bolts on other side. Bus bar chamber & back: bolted covers. CONTROL TERMINALS: 6 sq.mm Elmex make. GASKET: Special expandable gasket is provided which ensures proper dust tight environment. The gasket has additional fins on its sides to provide friction so that it does not come out of its groove. DOOR HINGES: Bolted or screwed. Between two metal surfaces, a small nylon washer is provided so that the paint is not scratched.

NCLOSURE : 3.0 mm thick Aluminium / 2.0 mm CRCA APPLICATION : Indoor / outdoor (canopy for outdoor). The shape of outdoor portion is unique. The sheet is folded in such a way that the canopy is not bolted on top i.e. there are no bolts/holes on top sheet thereby reducing ingress of air/water from top .
