All plants approved and accredited to ISO 9001:2008 standards, we have state of the art machineries, modernized assembly layout, complete in house-Fabrication, CNC turret Punch Press with automatic bending machine, Powder Coating, Testing & Inspection Facilities with Computer aided Drawing designing & Inter Department Networking.

Our Products are tested at major National / NABL approved testing agencies Viz. CPRI, ERDA, RTC, NPL etc. & third party inspected by EIL, BHEL, PGCIL, CEIL, SGS, DGS & D, MECON, PDIL, RITES etc.

Designs
All the Panels are custom built, totally enclosed, rigid, dust & vermin proof designs. The fabricated panels are design on bolted pattern to easy handling for further processes. The spacious designs & high rating of electrolytic grade Aluminum/Copper bus bars helps in better maintenance, easy termination, and low temperature rise condition.
Painting
All the fabricated components shall go for Seven Tank treatment for removing the dust and grease and give a proper layer of phosphate for proper bonding of the powder
After Seven Tank Treatment the component pre heated to burn out any remaining chemicals and to ensure for proper metal surface required for powder coating. There after the components coated with a layer of epoxy polyester based powder to ensure longer life of steel structure.

we are having qualified & experienced engineers to design manufacture of good product as per the requirement of the customer with 350 trained workmen i.e. Fitters, Fabricators, Wiremen, and Painters etc. on the production line.

our panels MCC, PCC, Bus duct, and Rising Mains have been tested at CPRI Bhopal at 50KA for 1-second time.

In view of the shortage of power and heavy cut, we have an 100% power back up with 2 nos. full capacity alternate D.G. Sets to get continue power supply to compliance our commitment for timely job execution to our customer.
