CA Bharat Garg (Chief Financial Consultant)
Mr. Bharat Garg is a highly experienced, motivated and self-driven Chartered Accountant. He has an outstanding academic career; he is a Commerce Graduate with professional degrees such as CA, Insolvency Professional and CPA(Australia). Apart from that he has done courses on PE and VC (from Universita Bocconi, Italy), Financial Analysis(from CRISIL and ICRA) and Bankers training from RBI and IFMR institute.
He started his professional journey in Structured Finance team of ICICI BKC office in year 2007. He worked in the various roles in Project Finance, Credit Control, SME and Mid corporate lending, etc. In his last role in ICICI, he was AGM and Regional Head in Business Banking. During his banking career, he has served more than 600 businesses for their banking needs.
He has specialized skills in financial analysis, cashflow and fund management, banking related matters. He is now Chief Financial Consultant in ProFinance Consultancy.

We are Corporate Bankers. We have a total experience of sanctioning 600 debt proposals in sole, multiple and consortium banking arrangements. We offer following services:-
• Preparation of CMA, credit appraisal note, projections, DPRs and business profile of the client.
• Proper assessment of funding requirements, prepare limits assessment, and drawing power assessment.
• Coordinate with existing banks for renewal/enhancement of limits, provide response to banker’s queries, and expedite sanctioning process.
• Evaluate the sanctioned terms, negotiate for favourable terms, and successful closure of sanctioning process
• Assist in documentation, security creation, and disbursement of limits
• Monitor and comply pre and post disbursement terms
• Monitor financial covenants, post sanction matters, assist in compliances related to banking
• Monitor the monthly limits utilization, further limits requirement, evaluate fresh funding opportunities
• Help in credit rating improvement, work on the factors which are deteriorating credit rating/score
• Maintain good relations with bankers, their seniors and their inter-departments
