Used before packing of flour usually to remove insects like larva. Used for Redressing of Flour. Capacity varies according to sieve size.

  Pin mill is used as grinding / milling machine for besan plant, daliya plant etc. It has cast iron body with dynamically balanced rotor. Rotor has easily replaceable pins for grinding. It is used for purifying & classifying the pure semolina by sucking with air light particles from product. Multinator is a combined machine which is doing 3 different separation types in one body. Separation of mix grains according to density, separation of stones and classification of light-heavy grains. In standard cleaning system, Multinator reduces the need of trieuar and color sorting machines about 20-50%.  

The pre-cleaner separator is used primarily for grain cleaning in high capacity lines working with the principle of reciprocating motion. It separates coarse and fine impurities from grain via multi- layer screen with high screening area according to size. Upper aspiration part has easy adjustment mechanism in order to make efficient separation.  

Used to remove large and small size impurities from grain including sand. Machine in known for high capacity output and low power Consumption. It is easy to change sieve frames and requires minimum attention. Available in different models.  

  Plan sifter is used for sieving and grading of grinded material. Our sifter is available in different sizes: 2 feed, 4 feed, 8 feed and different sieves 10, 12, 14, 16, 20 and 24
