Totapuri Mango pulp is made from a selected variety of the best quality of Totapuri Mango fruits. Fully matured Totapuri Mangoes are harvested, swiftly transported to our processing plant, inspected, washed and processed. The end result is liquid gold in color.

Lychee is a small oval, heart-shaped or nearly round fruit, covered by a leathery rind or pedicarp which is pink to strawberry-red in color and rough in texture. The edible part of the fruit is a pearly white to grayish or pinkish and juicy fibrous mass.

The SSMP natural Guava pulp is extracted by commercial processing of properly matured and ripened Guava fruits from the winter harvest and produced in accordance with good manufacturing processes (GMP).

The SSMP Garden Fresh Papaya Pulp is made from selected variety of red and yellow papayas, ripened under controlled conditions. The preparation process includes cutting, deseeding, peeling, refining and packing. In case of aseptic product, the pulp is sterilized and packed in presterilized aseptic bags.

Alphonso Mangoes (Magnifera Indica) are oval in shape and about 4 to 6 inches long. The skin of the ripe fruit is golden yellow in colour, but is inedible. There is a central large seed surrounded by the pulp, which ranges from rich to a golden yellow and is widely considered to be the tastiest fruit in the world. The mango has a warm sweet taste, which is some times pleasantly tart.

Tomato Puree is made by concentrating pure tomato juice after the seeds and skin have been removed out of sound, fully ripe tomato. The juice is passed through 0.7 mm sieve and concentrated by evaporation of water from the juice. Tomato Puree is used as a direct replacement for raw tomatoes in all forms of cooking.

Our Jam contains both fruit juice and pieces of the fruit flesh and is made with whole fruit, cut into pieces or crushed. The fruit is heated with water and sugar to activate the pectin in the fruit. The mixture is then put into containers. Jams are usually made from pulp and juice of one fruit, rather than a combination of several fruits.
