Our  Pressure Cookers for ready to eat food industries are quite popular and is being used by various ready to eat food manufacturers. The salient features are: All pressure cookers are designed for tilt-able arrangement so that to facilitate unloading of boiled food. The pressure cookers are designed with auto release of pressures with the Highly stable / reliable  Pressure Sensors and digital pressure controller.  Each pressure cooker is provided with two nos. of pressure  release valves and two nos. of pressure sensors for safety. The Mechanical / electronic  interlocking is provided so that to ensure that cooker cover is not opened until unless the pressure inside is fully released.  In case of auto pressure cum temperature controlled Pressure cooker the steam flow control is used to ensure that the temperature / pressure inside the cooker is maintained at the desired level. The pressure / temperature inside the cooker can be set electronically from the instrument provided in the control panel. The Pressure cooker are designed for heating with steam only & are supplied with the necessary steam traps with bypass valves  the outer jacket of the pressure cooker is insulated except the top cover. In case of higher capacity the top door of pressure cooker is provided with mechanical / pneumatic or hydraulic Door Opening facility.

The paneer press offered shall be manufactured from SS channel with table sheet of required thickness in SS 304 .The press offered shall be free floor standing design provided with required nos. of pneumatic cylinders suitable for pressing the paneer blocks.Paneer press shall be provided with required nos of paneer hoops having approx, cap. of 10 kgs of paneer per hoop. Paneer blocks shall be pressed for a period of 15 to 30 minutes depending upon the texture & moisture required in the paneerThe paneer press shall also be provided with the whey collection tray with common outlet. Panel would also be provided.

We manufacture insulated & uninsulated rectangular tanks with partition plates used as paneer cooling vats.The chilled water is circulated to cool the paneer.Additional skid mounted system to generate chilled water is also provided along with paneer vat.The system consists of PHE ,water pump,water pipeline & inline filter.

-Insulated storage tank to store the milk at desired temp. for longer durations.-The tank is provided with insulation in the outer jacket to prevent the temp. dropping.The tank can also be provided with slow speed agitator for regular mixing of the milk.

Holding tubes provide a fixed volume of tubing to "hold" a product for a set period of time at a given flow rate.

Low and High Shear  Blending and Mixing Tanks are available having the Volumetric Capacity of 500 Litres to 5,000 Litres. These Tanks can be single walled or with Dimple Jacket & with or without Insulation followed by Outer shell of SS 304 or MS depending Upon the specific requirement. These vessels are provided with Jet Mixers / Turbine type agitators for mixing, / High Shear Mixer /  Pedal Mixer or Low shear Mixers with scrapper. One can have choice of having these vessels depending upon the requirement of various Food processing technology. Even it is possible to have these Vessels with two speed agitator cum scrapper moving in opposite directions.Provision can be made for two speed mixer. These vessels can also be supplied with Flat / Conical / Dished end bottom and top with loose / fixed cover. In case of Jacketed vessels  the shell  & Bottom are provided with the dimple jacket suitable for circulation of steam / hot / cold water. The dimple jacket Vessels  are tested at 6 bar hence one need not use syphon for draining the liquid in the jacket. these jackets are suitable to work with on line supply of hot / cold water / steam up to a pressure of 4 bar However in case above standard designs are not suitable for particular requirement, one can very well ask to redesign the Vessels  to suit individual requirement.
