Super high temperature heaters were developed to increase the previous maximum possible surface rating of ceramic panel radiators from 64 kwm2 to 77 kwm2. This radiators, produced using the hollow casting ceramic process, are filled with thermal insulation material and have a special black gaze and a gold-plated back. At an operating temperature of 900°c, over 75% of the electrical energy supplied is transferred to the material to be heated as medium to long-wave IR radiation.

The I&S variable spray nozzles de-super heater unit can be used in many application to efficiently reduce the superheated steam or other vapors’ to temperature approaching saturation. The superheated vapour is passed through a section of pipe into which is fitted a spray nozzle that produces dispersed droplets from a supply of pressurized condensate. These finely atomized particales promote immediate evaporation. The required heat being absorbed from superheated vapour thus reducing the temperature.

Super heater super heats the saturated steam coming from Steam drum to reduce the moisture content of steam. The super heater tubes are supported by baffles plates. Super heater is equipped with nozzles for steam inlet outlet, HTF inlet outlet, drain, vent, pressure and level gauges,saddle, lifting hook arrangements etc.
