The sweet almond tree gives a fixed oil through cold pressing. There is an essential oil from the bitter almond, which is NEVER used in aromatherapy, because of its harmful ingredient - Benzaldehyde. This is a fantastic oil for all skin types. This oil is an excellent carrier oil for massage. This oil is used for skin problems i.e. pimples, sunburns, blackheads, etc. It leaves skin soft and smooth. It is also used as hair oil. It gently lubricates and softens the skin and is said to give it elasticity, helping to prevent wrinkling. Contains vitamins.
