The MS Powder-Coated stainless body has a HEPA filter that allows air distribution via straight layers. With sliding doors and transparent glass panels, it makes it easy to view objects. The pre-filter is not washable and must be replaced occasionally. The filter retains particles up to 0.3 microns and runs with low sound.

CRESCENDO make Vertical Laminar Airflow Benches are designed to provide Class 100 workstations for creation of a bacterial dust free air space. VLAFs are used for work with low risk substances and materials, when protection of working material from environment is necessary or the item requires a sterile working zone. Technical Details SS 304 / CRCA powder coated construction except filters and motor-blower assemblies which will be in standard execution. Conventional Hepa Filter for supply which conforms to EU 12 Grade with an efficiency rating better than 99.97% for 0.3 µ. Also, Minipleat HEPA Filter with hot melt technology, which conforms to EU 13 Grade, with an efficiency rating better than 99.99% for 0.3 µ at supply position can be used. Primary pre filter for suction, which conforms to EU 6 Grade, with efficiency of 95% down to 5 micron. These Filters are basically made from micro-Fibre-glass washable media. Motor, Blower provided are statically and dynamically balanced to supply air flow with sufficient capacity and static pressure for entire life of HEPA. Blower is high performance, noise abated and light weighted. Magnehelic Differential Pressure Gauge (0 - 25 mm or 0-50 mm) to monitor pressure drop across HEPA Filter with respect to ambient.
