Kasthuri Manjal is called as wild turmeric in English and in botanical name is Curcuma aromatica. This high value medicinal plant and its rhizomes are used only for cosmetic and medicinal preparation. Wild turmeric has anti-oxidants, anti-inflammatory, anti-septic and anti-bacterial properties. The original one is off white and smells like Musk or Kasturi when cut helps in making the skin brighter. It also helps in removing facial hair and pimple marks, when used for a longer time. We have this variety which is Organically grown in our farm in dry form and fresh rhizomes and we also supply plant saplings.
