It may be in multiple tiers and turns to save the space in the factory. The biscuits are cooled from top and bottom sides by turning on each tier without disturbing their individual lanes coming out of the oven. The fresh biscuits coming from the oven after passing the stripper unit are made to pass through cooling conveyor to make them ready for stacking and packing. The biscuits are cooled under ambient temperature without any forced air circulation or refrigeration. Transfer system of two tier conveyors is used so that biscuits are reversed and both sides cooling is possible
