Also available are customized shaping cutters to cut pre-shaved, pre-grounded automobile gears with combination of features like protuberance and semi-topping. Shank type & hub type internal shaper cutters can also be offered against specific request. Normally accuracy classes are ‘AA’ & ‘A’ as per DIN 1826.

Worm Wheel Gear Hobs are generally manufactured as per customer drawings and specifications in Topping and Non-Topping Forms. Shank type Worm Gear Hobs and Bore type Worm Gear Hobs can also be supplied in Machine relieved as well as Ground Relieved Forms. Worm Hob Cutters can be supplied in Single Start and Multi Start pitches as per customer requirements.

Generally available in machine relieved profile conforming to BS, IS specification in a set of 8 different forms numbered 1 to 8. Specially designed from gear cutters for corrected gears can also be had as per customer’s designdrawing on specific request.
