In this machine, you can fill from low viscous to high viscous grease without changing any parts. A very user-friendly model with low maintenance requirement. Here, All filling operations are done by Pneumatic Cylinders. Less rotating/ moving parts means low maintenance.Machine Structure and Working:Complete filling machine unit is mounted on a strong frame structure with a top plate. This model is made compact and table top to easy the filling of bottles/ containers/tubes of different volumes. A horizontally assembled Piston Barrel unit attached to a Pneumatic Cylinder is the main part of this machine. Other parts are, A rotary valve pin direction controlled by a pneumatic rotary actuator, and a volume adjusting screw. There is a Stainless steel 304 grade Oil Immersion Heating jacketed product holding 30 liter capacity mounted over the direction control valve and a Hollow shaft geared motor operated slow speed stirrer having speed control facility provided with controls for pushing the material to the fill unit. A foot pedal operating switch is also given to do each filling. There are manual and auto modes given for filling. Manual mode fills when the foot pedal switch is actuated. The auto mode starts when a selector switch is turned to AUTO mode and push button is pressed for once. Intermittent filling according to the pre-set time on digital timer happens in Auto Mode. Here, you can set the filling time and Off time respectively. There is a product counter also provided in this model.When the air supply is ON, the only operation manually done is to hold the pouches with nozzle inside, and to press the foot switch. A perfect measured filling is occurred.Special Features: Complete GMP Model suitable for even Pharma, cosmetics and food industries. Clean filling without dripping, Any semi-solids can be filled by the same machine. High accuracy in each filling. Table design gives sturdiness and self-standing capacity.
