The function of this machine is to collect the random biscuits coming from the cooling conveyor, forms them into rows & stacks them on edge for easier handing. It stacks the biscuits from horizontal to vertical position within the guidelines provided for easy lifting the biscuits.

The Rotary Moulding Machine is used to make Soft Dough Cookies and sweet variety of biscuits like Glucose, Butter Bite etc. Stainless Steel parts are used for contact parts, covers, hoppers and trays to maintain hygienic conditions.

The single head rotary cutter prints fine design on a continuously fed dough sheet and also cuts out the individual dough piece. Rotary cutting machine forms the shape of the biscuit out of the dough sheet coming from the gauge roll unit and delivers the same to the oven through a panner web.

In Packing Table, a conveyor of a suitable length is provided with guides so that biscuits can move through rows for easy lifting by packing personnel. The packing table provides a reservoir of biscuits when manually transferring cooled goods to creaming machines, wrapping machines, tins or trays

The fresh biscuits coming from the oven after passing the stripper unit are made to pass through cooling conveyor to make them ready for stacking and packing. The biscuits are cooled under ambient temperature without any forced air circulation or refrigeration. Transfer system of two tier conveyors is used so that biscuits are reversed and both sides cooling is possible
