For BRSPL safety comes first and keep this in mind we started our new product Handrails. We are manufacturing Handrails which is ready to fix. As we are suppliers of Gratings our customer get advantage to get handrails & Gratings at a same place to save time & speedy installation with more perfection.Handrails are used as guard from platform which prevent falling. We are using M.S. pipes as a raw material which are as per IS 1239, IS 1161 or as per as customer requirement. Standard Handrails for walkway:There are some Standard Handrails which are use in walkway. There are available in our stocks also. Handrails for Stairs:These Handrails may vary as per customer requirement .Standard Handrails Bend:In stairs and walkway handrails, different bends are required, according to the structure. Below is the some standard bends photographs- Removable Handrails:At some places there is requirement of removable Handrails. Which is a special type of Handrails in which single, double or triple chain joints the two posts. The ends of chains having S type hooks for attaching the eyes.

Growing demand of strip (Flat) in galvanizing condition using in Earthing and Toe Guard, we start providing the some as product of galvanized strip. It is available in various size e.g.:25x3, 25x5, 25x6, 30x5x30x3, 30x6, 32x5, 32x6, 35x5, 35x6, 40x5, 40x6, 50x5, 65x6, 80x10, 120x5, 150x8 etc. or as per requirement.     Galvanizing:BRSPL having galvanizing bath of dimension 7mm in the length X 1mm in width X 1.2 mm in depth. We use 7 tank process for galvanizing the material. Material a per IS 2633, IS 2629, IS 4759, IS 6745, IS 4736 etc. are used for checking the galvanizing quality.   Marking: BRSPL use marks the hard punch on grating with its unique number for identification. Storage: BRSPL having vast place of storage including open & covered storage area. Each customer having separate area of storage for easy identification and inspection. Dispatch: BRSPL having a strong team for making the packing list and dispatch the material. Color coding done as per customer requirement. ELECTRO FORGING PROCESS- ELECTRO FORGING PROCESS IS COMPLETELY AUTOMATED.Due to automation its productivity & quality is better. In electro fusion Transverse bars are pressed locked into bearing bar. High hydraulic pressure and high current is used which cause melting of both material (bearing bar & cross bar). A decade of experience makes BRSPL excellent in the field of grating manufacturing and now manufacturing cut to size, customized, circular and other type of grating with better quality in the record minimum time. TYPE OF BEARING BAR-The bearing bar is of two types which are produced in equivalent standard. Plain- The top surface is smooth and plain. Serrated- The top surface will be serrated for providing more anti slip property. Advantages-As in conventional method bearing bars are not punched to accommodate cross bars. Full depth of bearing bars is effectively utilized thus making Electroforged Gratings stronger than conventional Gratings made from same steel section. Electro fusion eliminates weld defects such as porosity, undercut, blowholes etc. observed in manual welding. No slag is formed by giving better aesthetic value to the Grating. Automated process with elimination of punching and clearing gives high productivity. Deliver time is drastically reduced. MAKING OF CIRCULAR GRATINGS- Our design team produce the AutoCAD drawing for each gratings. Framing is done by our Production Department. Grating fixing by fitter in the frame. Cooler, fitting and finishing done by welder Finally circular ready for QC.   MAKING OF CUT OUT GRATINGS- Our design team produces the AutoCAD drawing for each gratings. Required dimension has been taken on the gratings Cut out marking done by fitter Cutting done. Cooler, fitting and finishing done by welder. Finally circular ready for QC.

System of Cable Management: In industry for installation of equipments required bunches of wires which needs not only arrange but should be arranging up to long distance. For this solution we use system of cable management and BRSPL also manufacturing CABLE TRAYS of various size as per customer requirement (Customized) or standard.
