Coated Abrasive Flap Wheels are wheel made from abrasives flaps radiating from centre metal hub. It has an increased flap count and is consequently used in aggressive cutting. Larger diameter of Coated Abrasive Flap Wheels also produces higher peripheral speeds that added to the stiffness and aggressive cutting and better contour finish. Arrows on side of the flapwheel should point in the direction of spindle rotation Excessive or unusual vibration would indicate the need for corrective action. Shut the   machine down immediately, determine the cause and correct the situation. Always use protective glasses and or face shields and hand gloves nb.
