We would like to introduce ourselves as one of the leading BIOMASS suppliers to Biomass based Power plants. We are supplying agri waste 1200 to 1500 tons per day under the group of M/s. Agri Gold (Power Division) in the Districts of Prakasam, Nellore, Chittoor, West Godavari and Kadapa.
Scope of our business is to bring awareness about renewable energy & to prevent pollution to the possible extent. Precisely, it is termed as “green energy resource”, a kind of clean energy. It’s all about GO GREEN.
So, use of biomass instead of fossil fuel can provide a renewable energy sources which can be received in all directions to society.
Ours is an alternative energy business that caters consumers through an affordable quality of 90MM Briquette and 9MM Pellets consists of a biomass fuel made from Juliflora (acacia melonozylon), Saw Dust, Baggasse (Saccharin officinarum), Ground-Nut-Husk (Arches hypogaea) and other agri-residues.
Our aim is to provide environmental friendly, economical, cleaner, safer and sustainable energy solutions to consumers. The business has been launched through M/s. Agri Gold Projects Limited, Vijayawada.
To meet the growing demand we have decided to start the production of briquettes & pellets initially with 2 briquette plants of 90MM capacity and the production of 1.5 tons per hour each & 1 pellet plant with 9MM capacity and the production of 2.5 tons per hour, located at Markapur, Prakasam District. There is a plenty availability of the said agricultural waste in & around our plant locations.
We would also inform you that we have our own transport (13 No’s of turbo lorries) facility and we can serve any order within very short period from the date of order given to us as we maintain a minimum 15 days stock as buffer stock.
Among the non-conventional form of energy, Bio-Energy offers great potentials in Indian conditions as Indian primary sector is agriculture. It is estimated that over 120 millions tones of agriculture and forest residue are generated annually. At present most of these are not collected at all or are burnt to reduce fire hazards or unused.

What is the calorific value of the briquette?
The calorific value ranges from 4200 to 4800 Kcals per kg. depending on the raw materials used.
Briquettes produced from briquetting of biomass are fairly a good substitute for coal, lignite, firewood and offer many advantages:
1. Briquettes are economical than coal.
2. Biomass briquettes have a higher practical thermal value and much lower ash content (2-5% as compared to 20-40% in coal).
3. Boiler respond to changes in steam requirements is faster due to higher quantity of volatile matter in briquettes.
4. Reduction in carbon emissions
INCOME TAX EXEMPTION :
Income tax is exempted for 5 consecutive years under section 80 JJA.
