Add 2 gms of cumin seeds 2/3 black cardamoms, 2 tej leaves, 4/6 cloves, cinnamon stir well. Add chopped onion, stir and fry it for 2 minutes, add cut vegetables in it add 2 tbs of Mudita herbal Pulav Biryani Masala, stir and Cook for 5 to 7 mints. Add 2 tbs ginger garlic paste. Add 2 tbs of curds. Cook for 2/3 mins. Keep aside. Boil the rice putting some whole Garam masala in it. (2 cardamom ,cinnamon, cumin seeds, star, etc) put 1 tsp ghee while cooking rice so that rice grains remain separate. When rice is half cooked, Switch off the gas. Remove half of the rice in other plate. Spread the vegetables mixture on the rice in pan then spread the rice on top which was removed in a plate. Now cover the pan with lid. Cook it for 15 mins on low gas. Before serving Garnish with fried onion and coriander.
