Bobbin heaters are used in the heating of air and heating various liquids when disassembly without draining is absolutely necessary. These heaters are available in various diameters and lengths.Note : Besides the standard size of heaters other sizes can be made as per customer specification.

Open helical coils of high resistance wire evenly stretched and lay through fluted refractory bobbins. These heating elements are then inserted into 1" of higher diameter metal pipes which are welded to liquid tanks.
