    We Manufacture Niagra Type Vertical & Horizontal Pressure Leaf Filter in different dimensions and also with customized specific area as per the requirement of the process. This filter is provided with vertical stainless steel leaves and a cylindrical tank with conical bottom. Made using different carbon steel grades and also available with rubber lining / glass lining etc. The filter element in stainless steel SS316L or special steel and exotic material of woven wire mesh imported from the best mills in Finland and Switzerland. The Filter is provided with pneumatically operated butterfly valve at bottom to discharge the spent earth. At the top, leaves are provided with vibrator bar assembly and pneumatically operated vibrator for easy discharge of spent bleaching earth cake from the surface of leaves. The bleaching earth can be collected in a hopper on the ground floor for hygienic disposal. Filter Element : The filter element which is the heart of the pressure leaf filter has a 5-layer construction and the screens are held together rigidly by a heavy duty channel and drain port. Large size filter leaves are provided with additional reinforcement channels to ensure long trouble free service. The filter screens of the pressure leaf filter are made of SS-316L to ensure corrosion resistance. Deodorization takes place in the final stage of oil refining and removes odor, free fatty acids and color pigments to produce pure bland oil. Oil refined in this way has a good shelf life; retaining both freshness and taste. Our Edible Oil Deodorization Plant is equipped with an efficient packing system and a uniquely designed tray system that aids in increasing retention time for oil and gives maximum surface area for evaporation. Deodorization Process : The bleached and de-waxed oil is heated by phe after which it goes to the de-aeration vessel, where it is sprayed to remove air and metal traces through vacuum.After this, oil enters the underlying regenerative heater where it is heated and then cooled (with 80-85% heat recovery).The oil which is now partly heated, enters the vacuum heater, where heating takes place by high pressure steam thermal fluid at 240oC – 250oC and FFA is removed.Then oil goes to the distillation column having structured packing with very low pressure drop.Oil is collected afterwards at the bottom and goes to the holding vessel having a number of trays where thermal bleaching and deodorization occur, to remove odor and final traces of free fatty acids.Before storage the hot oil is cooled in the economizer, cooler and phe to about 45oC.Vapors of free fatty acids are collected from deodorizer, heater and economizer to be taken for scrubbing via central ducting to the scrubbing column with structured packing.Scrubbing structure is designed to reduce traces of fatty acid carryover in vacuum system and water to 20 ppm max.
