CASING :- Casing of tower is made of fibber glass/reinforced plastic. The cooling tower is designed and constructed for minimum maintenance and long life. You can operate in aggressive environment & resistant water born contaminates. P.V.C. FILL :- A pre-eminent quality and long life fill consists of modular block of PVC honey combs construction to create prolonged contact time of hot air with water for maximum heat transfer. The air pressure drop through the fill is negligible. SPRINKLER :- The uniform distribution of water over the honey combs fills this sprinkler, rotates by self propulsion and eliminates the need for atomising the water nozzles. The head side includes ball bearing requiring minimum maintenance. MOTOR :- Electro Magnetic designs of the entire range of New India and Bharat Motor covered by 3N series have been developed in keeping with the Latest national and international practices and confirm in general to 1 EC recommendations. FAN :- An aero-dynamically designed axial flow type fan is a well balanced construction. The fan blades are of case aluminium alloy. Fan with variable pitched blades is dynamically balanced for low vibration and high efficiency.

Operation Principle Thermax Dry Coolers are also known as Radiators/Remote Radiators, Fin Fan Coolers, Air Cooled Heat Exchangers. They work on the principle of convection and conduction to dissipate heat from process fluid to the air stream created by the fans mounted on it. By suitably selecting the tube material, we can use a dry cooler to effectively cool or condense process water, chemicals or any heat transfer fluid, even if it is corrosive or contaminated with particulates. Dry coolers are closed loop systems which eliminate any kind of water loss and thus eliminating the continuous requirement of make-up water. Being a closed loop circuit, the water treatment cost is also negligible as compared to conventional evaporative cooling towers. Construction Thermax offers two types of Dry coolers - 'V' type and 'H' type based on the application or requirement. The fans can be mounted according to induced draft or forced draft type, depending on the application. The fans are of direct drive type, but options with gear box or belt drive are also available. The tubes which carry the process fluid are of copper, carbon steel or stainless steel with aluminum fins to maximize the heat transfer. We offer two variations in fin configuration based on the operating fluid temperature such as- Continuous fin and High Fin tube bundles to optimize selection. The side panels are epoxy coated which makes it corrosion resistant and gives it an excellent appearance. Product Range Fluid Temperature: 30°C to 240°C with a minimum approach of 5°C above dry bulb temperature. It is a mechanical type Counter Flow Tower. FRP Cooling tower intakes the air from bottom and discharge the waste heat at the top. Since the water is traveling from top and the air passes from bottom to top, the water droplet have more direct contact time with air. The wet cooling Towers are cooled with the help of evaporating some proportionate quantity of cirulating water. The bottle type tower casing is filled with Honeycomb type PVC FILLS. The rotating water distributor sprinkler is fixed in the top of the inlet pipeline and the same distributes the hot water evenly over the Honeycomb Fill media. The sprinkler will be operated with self-propulsion system. The PVC Fills is corrugated with channels between each flutes to prevent the blockage and giving more and large surface area per unit volume. The cold air meets the cold water at the bottom of the infill providing maximum evaporation and heat transfer in the infill. Finally FRP Cooling Towers are more compact, light in weight, least power consumption, long-lasting, Durable and lowest maintenance expenditure. Since Hot dip galvanized structural and stainless steel fasteners are used, FRP Towers are corrosion Free. Adjustable pitch, Aluminium [LM-6] or FRP Fan Blades are directly mounted on the Electric motor [IP 55, with Stainless steel shaft, TEFC Special type cooling tower motor] to avoid excess power consumption and unnecessary gear driven problems. All moving parts can be easily approached from top. So easy maintenance is possible. Smaller capacities are factory assembled and just bolting at site is enough. However higher capacities are assembled into the site only to avoid excess transportation cost. Our range includes 10 TR to 5000 TR in single cell and multiple cells are used for further capacities.
