Lumicut - 650 is enriched with effective and unique extreme pressure additives derived from Sulphurized fats and effective surface tension depressants, which ensure direct contact of oil with the cutting edge. The effectively designed and formulated extreme ressure additives provide oil film of high strength, which withstands the heavy load of boundary lubrications. It can serve all the operations such as gun drilling, gear grinding on automats and moderate feed rates for gear Hobbing and broaching etc. However it’s not suitable for honing operations.

Chip evacuation, cooling and lubrication between the tool and the workpiece material are primary functions of cutting fluid. From an environmental and manufacturing cost perspective dry machining is best. However many applications require coolant for tolerance, surface and machinability. Features It is a combination of Pour Point Depressantand paraffin dispersant for Crude Oil & residues.Application51 Pour Point Depressant should be applied to oil above its cloud point continuously into the crude at a rate of 100 ~ 1000 ppm to achieve the required pour point specifications. Dosage upto 2000 ppm or more may be required to lower the pour point of the crude to the desirable level. The recommended treat rate should be determined by pour point testing on fresh crude oil.
