It is our pleasure to introduce ourselves as total solution providers for engineering fabrication at our facility at chakan, pune. We are spread over in the area of 3 acres land with fully equipped constructed plant of 50000 sq. Feet and 6500 ft fully equipped office with it facilities. We have always been in tune with time and today we have in-house facilities as listed below:
1. cnc turret punch press by amada, japan –20 ton - bed size 2.5 mtrs x 1.25 mtrs
2. cnc plasma cutting by hypertherm – capacity 6 mtr x 3 mtr,
3. cnc laser cutting by trumpf, germany – 4 mtr x 2 mtr – 5 kw at our associates
4. cnc oxi-fuel machine – 7 mtr x 2 mtr, thickness 150 mm
5. cnc press brake by ysd, china – 150 ton, bed size 2.5 mtrs, 4 axes
6. nc shearing machine – 2.5 mtr
7. mig and tig welding machines by esab
8. liquid painting
9. powdercoating with 7 tank pre treatment
10. fork lift of 3 ton capacity
11. overhead crane – 10 ton with a span of 70 mtrs x 20 mtrs travel.
12. power backup of 150 kva through d.g. Set by cummins
13. weight bridge – 50 ton
14. also we have machining facilities like vmc – 1 no and cnc turning centers – 5 nos. In the premises
