JALAPENO SLICES (GREEN)   PRODUCT DESCRIPTION-   Green jalapeno slices  are produced of fresh, mature and sound raw-material. Jalapenos will be harvested before complete ripening, before they turn into typical red colour. The fruits shall be sorted by size and properly washed. Before cutting into slices, all stalks will be removed. The jalapenos will be mild pickled sour.
