Hot dip galvanized 550 gms/ sq m w beam cold/hot rolled formed section • 3 mm thick cr/hr sheet/or as per client requirement. Post anchored to foundation on ground & bridges • channel section of 75 x 150 x 75 mm of 5 mm thickness and 1200/1500/1800/2100mm long. • 5 mm or as required cr/hr sheet. • length as per specifications. Spacer buffer between post and w beam • channel section of 150 x 75 x 5 mm.& 330mm long. End section • anglised, fish tail, or tubular end terminals. Fasteners • hot dip or electro galvanized bolts, nuts, and washers conforming to is 1367 of grade 4.6 ms. • 16 mm dia button head bolts for w beam to w beam and w beam to spacer connection & 16 mm dia hexagonal head type bolts for spacer to post connection.

Thermoplastic paints are also environmentally, more friendly with no carcinogenic solvents used. We are engaged on providing a wide range of Bright line Thermoplastic Paints, which is a retro reflective thermoplastic road marking paint. It is a synthetic resin based thermosetting material offering superior weathering resistance and color stability. The intermix and drop on glass beads ensure long lasting retro reflectivity.
