It is designed with heating system having precise temperature controlling arrangement for controlling the exotherm during mixing, as required. Vacuum Drying autoclaves up to 15 Mtr length, 6 Mtr width and 6 Mtr height are manufactured. These are structured to withstand the tempreture and vacuum cycles, while maintaining the process requirements. The autoclaves can have horizontal or Vertical Orientation.Manual (for smaller sizes), winch driven or Hydraulically Operated door systems are available. Manual as well as hydraulic clamping can be provided. Various safety interlocks can also be provided as required, For medium and large autoclaves, it is customary to employ radiators with thermic fluid heating. Certain customers may have factory premises with standardised thermic fluid heating facility.

Cementing Plugs: Revata Engineering manufactures Cementing Plugs from high-performance special elastomers and core materials. These Cementing Plugs are specially designed with a positive wiping action to ensure that the casing is clean.   Top Plugs: The Bottom Cementing Plug is designed to exert continuous pressure on the casing wall. The core is made of special materials such as Plastic, Aluminium or Phenolic depending on the application and well conditions. The tapered base fits the cavity of the bottom plug initiating a positive seal. A solid rubber top plug is also available.
