ATFD is a modernized apparatus used for continuous processing of concentrated materials into dry solids. It consists of a shell with heatingjacket and a rotor centrally placed inside the shell equipped with rows and pendulum blades of length of the dryer.The wet feed is evenly distributed over the heated walls with the help of hinged blades of the rotor. The high turbulence evaporates the water/solvent only to convert the liquid into a slurry form, a cake, dry powder/ flex.The vapour rises upwards and collected as a condensate in a condenser. Roto Cone Vacuum Dryer suitable for drying of materials which cannot resist high temperature, material which are easily oxidized, volatatile materials which should be retrieved, materials strong irritant and poisonous in nature. The roto cone dryer with improved technology integrates during operation under vacuum. The roto cone dryer facilitates enhanced drying efficiency, low temperature operation and economy of process by total solvent recovery. It helps cGMP based working by achieving optimum dust control, while offering advantages of efficient charging and discharging of materials. The drying unit equipped with lump breakers initially breaks large lumps and subsequently powders them (in single cone). The rotary action of the dryer together with mechanical action of the breakers cuts down drying time and gives a lump free product.

Heat less dryer works on the principal of absorption. Regenerative air dryers use desiccant media absorbs moisture contaminate from compressed air. The desiccant media can be regenerated by purging air and remove moisture it collect and remove again and again. So the dryness of the compressed air achieved up to atmospheric -40'c dew point. The traditional refrigeration type air dryer does not provide sufficient air quality required for special applications. We are offering split flow no purge loss air dryer. To save on purge loss, here part of wet air is circulated through a heater thereby increasing its moisture carrying capacity, which is used for regeneration. In this type of dryer incoming wet air is divided in a distributor. 60-70% of wet air goes for drying while 30-40% of wet air is circulated through a heater thereby increasing its temparature which then takes out the moisture from desiccant bed and then it is cooled in an after cooler where moisture is condensed and drained out in moisture separator. This air is sent back to the distributor where it mixed with incoming air and distributed again. salient features :- no purge loss. no need of blower. no used of external air thus eliminating risk of contamination. most economical in the range from 400 cfm onwards.

Air contains contaminants like solid (dust particles), liquid (moisture) and oil which contaminates the compressed air. When this contaminated compressed air is used for various applications, it may cause failures of pneumatic valves, expensive instruments, etc which results in the downtime of whole system. Our Air Dryers remove the moisture to a level of 600 ppm(w) by using energy efficient refrigeration system and effective heat exchangers. The wet air enters into the economizer (pre cooler) of the refrigerated air dryer and the temperature gets reduced significantly by the outgoing cold air. This medium temperature air further enters in to the evaporator of the refrigerated air dryer and the temperature drops to 2oC by the cold refrigerant. At this temperature the moisture in the vapour form condenses into liquid and the same is separated by high efficient integral moisture separator and automatic drain trap. All the three components (i.e. pre cooler, vaporator and moisture separator) are integrated into one single unit.
