An Offline Cleaning Pulse Jet Bag Filterconsists of a number of Chambers. Each Chamber acts as an Online PulseJet Bag Filter. The uniqueness of the design is in thefact that the supply of inlet gas to the Chamber is stopped during cleaning temporarily. Dust falls into the hopper after the bagsare purged with compressed air, since there are no incoming gases into theChamber the dust collection is faster. Dust is evacuated using a Rotary AirlockValve. Remaining chamber’s continue toremain in operation and continue the filtration process.One after the other each chamber is made offline for Bag Filter cleaning & the process continues in cycles. Each Chamber is made online or offline by operating pneumatically operated Poppet Dampers at the inlet & outlet of the Chamber.

( Particularly Macro size visible particles)The design Velocities are : 8m/hr till 25m/hr* The inlet quality of Raw water may have turbidity range of  30-40 NTU, ( Nephlometric Turbidity Units)The Filters are subjected to get accumulated with the turbidity load, as the process is mostly DEAD END type, hence periodically the media is Backwashed with the help of AIR + Water Or Water Alone.The need for backwashing would be known from the Pressure Drop  that has caused due to Accumulation of Suspended solids.The Back Wash Could be set as per the Operation Cycle Duration Or on Pressure Drop.The output quality is generally Less than 5 NTU of suspended solids Activated Carbon Filter: The Activated Carbon Filters are constructionally very similar to Sand Filters except that the Media is under bed of Pebbles , Coarse aggregates and Major layer of  ACTIVATED CARBON Media ranging from 500 IV ( Iodine Value) to 1500 IV depending on the Customer requirements.Activated Carbon Media is good adsorbent of Odour, Color and it adsorbs Chlorine, and many more organic Compounds, Pesticides ect. our oil filtration plants are used to remove impurities from transformer and switchgear oil such as moisture, dirt, air and other gases. This is a `low temperature and high vacuum` principle based equipment as per the international standards 6034 (1989) and its latest revision. We manufacture plants of variable capacities of 600 to 10000 lph which can be customized to special capacities if required by the clients. This plant takes the impure oil into the system through the inlet ball valve and then pumps it through by a positive displacement pump. A filter prior to this removes solid particles up to 1mm size and magnetic particles. After heating the oil up to 60°c it passes through the cartridge filters, where particles up to 5 microns are filtered. A specially designed vacuum chamber removes moisture, air and all the gases with the help of vacuum. The oil falls by way of gravity over the media inside forming a thin film of oil, exposing a larger surface area. The dissolved moisture and gases are evacuated and the oil is ready.
