This machine manufactured by PRECIMAKE AUTOMATION is designed for tube flaring machine. The machine operation is controlled by PLC based control panel.   a. Switch ON the control panel power supply.b. Ensure inlet Air Supply of 5 bar.MACHINE SPECIFICATIONS   SEQUENCE OF OPERATION 1. Fill the fins carefully in chute2. Place the bottom side plate at specified location3. If home condition not satisfied before cycle start the machine will indicate the fault (buzzer will turn on) simultaneously HMI will display the fault occurred4. Before cycle start insure that operators hand will be removed5. On cycle start gripper grips the fin6. If fin correct then slide cylinder will placed at the assembly position7.
