So far, we are able to design and manufacture all types of counter flow trays and distillation column for any type of column size and can be operated using perforating and bending procedures.

The fixed valve trays has valves in a bridge like construction extruded from the tray deck. This construction allows for increased stiffness to the tray deck. These valves provide large vapor passages and operate at low pressure drops with high capacities. These trays exhibit excellent fouting resistance characteristics.
