Fourvac vacuum angle and inline valves have been designed for maximum conductance and minimum size for easy installation. These valves are ideally suited for High Vacuum Application. Stainless steel hydro formed bellows as well as Viton elastomer O-rings are used for achieving vacuum sealing. Fourvac valves are available in S.S.304 or Aluminium. Fourvac angle and inline valves are offered in various sizes ranging from KF10 to KF50 and ISO63 to ISO 100 Port Flanges.

Fourvac manufacture the complete range of KF flanges and fittings with highest quality standard in S.S.304 and Quick Coupling Clamps in Aluminum Alloy. With this easy assemblies of High Vacuum fore lines and backing lines can be done. All the fittings are 100% helium leak tested and ensures the repeatable leak free assemblies.

There are two different types of ISO flange. Bolted flanges( F-type) have a set of bolt holes to allow flanges to be joined together. Fixed and rotatable bolted styles are manufactured. Claw clamp flanges (K-type) use demountable claw clamps to hold the two mating flanges together. The S.S. Centre ring with Viton O-ring is sandwiched between the two mating flanges. Fourvac also manufacturer and supplies the accessories like Centre rings, Viton O-rings and double and single claw clamps with high tensile Bolts and Nuts.

Fourvac is equipped to build custom built High and Ultra High Vacuum Chambers of any complexity in S.S.304, 304L, 316, 316L &aluminium. Vacuum vessels can be built to customers exact specifications from a rough hand sketch, detailed engineering drawings or even from the concept. Fourvac Engineering department uses the latest 3D and 2D CAD software and can accept drawings in DWG, DXF,IGES, STP file formats. Fourvac can even design from concept and prepare a complete set of manufacturing drawings for those projects for which the drawings are not provided by the customer. All UHV products are Electro polished and thoroughly cleaned to ensure surface cleanliness and minimal outgassing rates. In addition, all vacuum chambers are helium mass spectrometer leak tested at all critical stages throughout the manufacturing process. Chambers and assemblies can be baked in air ovens for stress relieving purposes. Quality Control procedures are applied by at all stages, from raw materials to finished products.

The ultimate UHV is guaranteed with these flanges and fittings. Fourvac also supply OFHC gaskets in all sizes for proper sealing. The Teflon gaskets can also be supplied on request.
