One of the methods for handling Fly Ash is Wet system in which the ash is mixed with water to form slurry which is pumped to slurry pit.

DEMECH provides variety of systems to handle Bottom Ash or Bed Ash generated by the solid fuel fired boilers. The system has to be selected based on many factors like type of boiler, size of boiler, amount of Bottom ash generated, method of final handling etc. Factors like availability of other resources like water, land etc. also need to be considered while selecting the system. Moreover, these are fabricated in accordance with the predefined industrial norms & regulations. These provide plurality of hoppers that is disposed under a solid fuel-fired steam boiler. The hoppers have angled walls along with the rectangular opening regulated by a grate door. The air inlets are provided at intersections between adjacent angled walls so that the flow of ash can be facilitated along with the combustion of the unburned fuel. In addition, the hopper enters the crusher and is conveyed through the vacuum line to the disposal point. Moreover, the heavier ash particles are carried and the lighter particles are bypassed through the mobile tank truck.

We manufacture LPG adaptors with inlet size 25.6 mm and type horizontal and vertical. Out let connection is provided as per customers requirement. Generally it is 3/8" or SI 21.8 mm threading. SI 21.8 mm outlet also has two variants i.e. one with 0 —ring on face and the other is groove on face. Colours generally Red and Gray are given. But for high quantities colour can be provided as per customers requirement. All adaptors manufactured are checked at low and high pressures for soundness and leak proof joints also NRV is tested independently for leak proof sealing. We also have facility for manufacturing of 22 mm inlet size LPG adaptor.
