Rotary Furnace
The furnace comprises a refractory lined cylindrical vessel formed by rolled steel structure with front mounted burner and rear flue discharge, Rotating wheels, Mounting frame and control panel. Charging is done through an opening in the front of the furnace. The liquid metal discharge can be taken through a pour spout mounted in the mid section of the main refractory lined cylindrical shell. The refractory lining is of a high quality, abrasion resistant brick and castable, backed up with high quality insulation board.

The very first TOWER FURNACE was installed by FURNTECK in 2001 and this technology was improved and super fined by our experience of more than one DECADE. Our RICH EXPERIENCE IN this field has SUPERFINED our TOWER FURNACE TECHNOLOGY to deliver EXTREMELY EFFICIENT and RELIABLE Tower melting furnaces which are a strong IMPORT SUBSTITUTE. We proud to say that our furnaces are “ENGINEERED FOR EFFICIENCY AND ENHANCED BY EXPERIENCE” and our constantly GROWING REFERENCES do acknowledge this statement. Special shaft geometry ensures optimum utilisation of FLUE GASES. Well Engineered refractory configuration ensures long service life.
...moreCrucible Type Melting Furnace
Crucible type melting furnaces are suitable for HPDC GDC shops where production rates are very low or metal quality is extremely crucial and only electric melting is required. Being Batch type indirectly heated furnaces, the furnaces have comparatively higher energy consumption. Recurring cost of CRUCIBLE is also one of the concern since it drastically affects production in case of sudden failure.
